Job Summary
Reporting to the Dean of Admission, the Enrollment Communications Manager leads the development and execution of strategic communications that support student recruitment, admission, and enrollment goals. The Enrollment Communications Manager will manage multi-channel communications initiatives throughout the enrollment lifecycle, ensuring prospective students receive timely, relevant, and engaging information.
Job Duties
- 30% - Enrollment Communications Campaign Execution - Lead the development, execution, and ongoing optimization of segmented communication campaigns within Slate to support recruitment, application completion, admission, yield, and onboarding objectives.
- 20% - Social Media and Student Content Management - Manage the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of the Office of Admission’s social media channels.
- 15% - Communication Calendar and Campaign Planning - Manage the development and maintenance of event portals, registration forms, and automated communications in Slate.
- 15% - Website Content Management - Manage Admission and New Student website content.
- 15% - Application Review and Administrative Support - Evaluate first year and transfer applications as part of the admission process.
- 5% - Print & Collateral Coordination - Oversee inventory of admission print materials and promotional items.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Three years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience developing and executing email or digital communication campaigns using a CRM or marketing automation platform.
Preferred Qualifications
- Five years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with Slate by Technolutions or a similar CRM platform.
- Experience in higher education, admissions, or student-facing communications.
