Do you enjoy working with people and providing a great customer service and environment? If so, we are looking for people like you to be a part of our Library team as an Evening Attendant. You will help us maintain a safe, secure and clean environment for Library users to work in by undertaking basic maintenance/cleaning and security duties as well as providing Reception Desk services handling basic information enquiries.
You will have:
- Ability to cope with the physical requirements of the role (working largely on foot, manual handling, see Job Description and Person Specification for full information)
- Experience of cleaning
- Good communication skills for customer care and teamworking
- Awareness of general and individual health and safety responsibilities at work
- Good general education to GCSE level standard or equivalent
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable (for example sharing tasks and swapping shifts if required)

Saturday 17:15 – 21:15 (x2)
Sunday 17:15 – 00:15
Usually, employees work two shifts each per week.
