Key Responsibilities
- Plan and Coordinate Events: Organize academic, cultural, and institutional events from concept through execution.
- Manage Event Logistics: Coordinate vendors, catering, audiovisual services, venue setup, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with university departments, leadership, and external partners to deliver successful events.
- Support Guest Experience: Welcome VIPs and guests while ensuring professional hospitality and smooth event operations.
- Evaluate and Improve Events: Collect feedback, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for future events.
