What You Will Be Doing
The shortlisted candidate will work with the Manager and Course Chair by providing efficient and effective administrative support to the department.
Assist the Course Chair and supervisor in managing and administering academic courses, including course setup and registration.
Provide support for examination, assessment, and evaluation matters, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the appointment and deployment of course instructors, and provide academic and administrative support to students.
Support the Assistant/Deputy Dean in the planning and development of new postgraduate and CET courses.
Handle general administrative tasks such as data collation, report preparation, and updating information for stakeholders.
Support departmental operations, events, and university-wide initiatives.
Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the education sector.
Strong coordination, administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills; and a high level of integrity.
