Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate proactively with university-wide gift administrators and key stakeholders to facilitate the effective and compliant use of philanthropic contributions, ensuring alignment with donor intent and university policies.
- Manage donor requests and internal stakeholder queries regarding gift utilization.
- Develop and refine policies and best practices for gift stewardship and reporting.
- Maintain a comprehensive registry of gift documents and recognition.
- Ensure compliance with the University’s statutes, policies, and guidelines.

Who are we looking for?
- A highly organised individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines autonomously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features such as PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data validation, complemented by solid data cleaning, analysis, and summarisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective engagement with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and the use of technology to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- A clear understanding or willingness to learn and apply the University’s statutes, policies, and guidelines relevant to gift administration and stewardship.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, demonstrating stakeholder management skills and fostering teamwork.
