Job Role

The Executive/Senior Executive will be an integral member of the Undergraduate Studies Office, overseeing the operational delivery of Student Exchange Programmes (SEP) and other overseas learning initiatives in response to the School’s expanding undergraduate intake. The incumbent will play a critical role in facilitating international mobility opportunities and ensuring a seamless student experience for both incoming and outgoing participants.

Job Responsibilities

  • Acts as a faculty liaison officer for NUS Overseas College Programmes and processes relevant course mapping requests to discipline-based courses.
  • Manages Course Registration exercise (add/drop/swap courses and appeals) for incoming non-graduating students from our partner universities.
  • Support the transition, integration, and overall experience of the incoming exchangers in the School of Computing and the University.
  • Serve as the faculty liaison for ISOS Assistance Programme for students on global enrichment programmes.
  • Assists in providing student advisory services, including briefings, consultations, and ongoing support throughout the exchange lifecycle for undergraduates.
  • Oversees global enrichment programme activities such as course mapping requests, examination proctoring duties and credits transfer processes, working closely with UG SEP team members and academic domain experts, relevant university offices and cross-faculty academic units.
  • Prepares analytical reports on global programmes for the School Management.
  • Maintains the Course Master List and quotas and coordinate with the Office of the University Registrar to ensure timely system updates.
  • Organises and participates in NUS Global Fairs and Student Exchange Programme Briefings annually.
  • Contributes to the administration of undergraduate business processes and support new initiatives or tasks/projects assigned by the Undergraduate Studies Office.

Qualifications

  • At least a bachelor’s degree from a recognized University.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in higher education, student mobility, academic administration, or related fields.
  • Able to prioritise assignments and work independently.
  • Strong student-centric orientation with proven ability to engage and support diverse student groups.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-departmental and international collaborations.
