Duties/Responsibilities

Opening and closing facilities for events, overseeing weddings/receptions/meetings etc., assisting occasionally with set up/tear down of events, and interacting with catering and event support staff.

Position Summary

The responsibilities of Facility Rental Assistant involve opening and closing facilities for events, overseeing weddings/receptions/meetings etc., assisting occasionally with set up/tear down of events, and interacting with catering and event support staff. Assistant will work both in-house and outside rental events.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position: Experience working in customer service preferred.

Physical Demands: Lift 50-100 pounds. Stand for extended periods of time.
