This includes supporting the integration of skills development and work-related learning in all academic programmes. You'll be at the forefront of this work within our faculty-facing employability team, ensuring that students have access to valuable internships and placement year experiences, and appropriate advice and employability support. We’re looking for excellent organisational skills, the ability to communicate with students and employers with confidence, and outstanding customer service. Strong attention to detail and proven IT skills are essential, and you’ll need to be able to take ownership of your work, with the support of your line manager. For this role, you will:

• Have a real interest in supporting students’ employability and career awareness.
• Have very good organisational skills with the confidence to effectively communicate with students, colleagues and employers, ensuring excellent customer service
• Be great at attention to detail
• Have good systems skills and be comfortable with data and compiling reports.
• Ideally have a keen interest in setting up and coordinating events.
