The Role
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciencesare seeking to appoint a highly motivated andproactive Faculty Insights and Information Assistant Manager.
This is a fixed-term, one-year position at Grade F.
You will be responsible for the production, analysis and interpretation of a wide range of student, staff and management information to support and advise the faculty senior leadership team in planning and fulfilling its business needs, strategic objectives and statutory reporting obligations.
You will undertake market research and analyse a broad range of Higher Education data to produce reports, develop briefings and support academic schools throughout the planning cycle. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the faculty and wider university, you will help to develop a shared understanding of key performance indicators and identify opportunities to enhance performance.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can communicate complex information clearly and effectively. You will be able to translate data into meaningful insight, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of data governance and data quality.
