Wayne State University is searching for an experienced Faculty, Rank To Be Determined - Department of Internal Medicine - Infectious Diseases Division at its Detroit campus location.

Essential functions (job duties):

• Participate in the teaching program of medical students, residents, and fellows in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases.
• Participate in research activities within the Department.
• Publish peer-reviewed literature as author and coauthor.
• Participate in scholarly activities in the area of Infectious Diseases.
• Participate in service assignments of importance to the Department, the School of Medicine, and the University.
• Administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• MD or D.O. degree required.
• Valid Michigan medical license required.
• Board certification or eligibility required.
• Rank commensurate with credentials.
