• Join a team of 5 Family Medicine Physicians
• Clinic hours are Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM
• Call responsibilities: 1 week on call every 6 weeks
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
• Hospital privileges at McHenry, Huntley, and Woodstock
• Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
• Nurse and certified medical assistant support
• EPIC electronic health system
• Salary Range: $260,000 - $330,000

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
• Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine
• Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
