The FS Trainer II will also manage records and reports in collaboration with the IHI Training Manager and attend personnel and reporting meetings as required. Occasionally, depending on demand, FS Trainers may assist with or manage special training requests. Travel in the greater Northern Kentucky region will be required.

Manage planning, communication, and documentation for assigned training sessions

Deliver family-support focused content in assigned areas, supporting trainees through applied learning strategies

Tracking and reporting on short-term outcomes and long-term goals; assisting with report writing

State, regional, and IHI personnel and reporting meetings

Qualifications
Master’s degree and 5years of experience

Experience with TRIS, Microsoft Office, data entry
