This position’s main focus is on Accounts Payable and Procurement transaction processing and compliance.
Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp
Associates plus 2-3 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with faculty, staff, students, and outside vendors with exceptional customer service and listening skills.
- Able to manage their own tasks, is aware of daily processing deadlines, and can work on multiple assignments accurately under general supervision.
- Moderate experience in problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Basic accounting skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including experience using excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Team/collaborative approach customer service experience.
