Required Qualifications:
- Six months fast-food employment experience
- Demonstrated ability to:
- learn procedures and practices for food handling, sanitation, cleanliness.
- provide exemplary customer service to all customers.
- use food service equipment and utensils
- use computer cash register.
- understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Basic math skills for recipe and quantity control.
- Working effectively with other employees.
- Working effectively with customers.
- Demonstrated good attendance record.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Must follow basic dress code as established by branded concepts and hygiene standards set by University Dining.
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills.
- Commitment to inclusive practices and working with diverse student populations.
- May be required to work in cold storage areas.
- May be required to have a valid driver's license to drive university van, box truck or motorized skid.
- Successful interview.
- Successful completion of three background checks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Chick-Fil-A employment experience.

- Flexible work schedule as dictated by the needs of the university.
- Dining and Conference Services staff may be required to work evenings and weekends. Dining and Conference Services staff, as essential employees, need to arrive at work on a timely basis even when there is a publicly announced delayed opening or closing.
