Summary
Cerebral small vessel disease (cSVD) is a major cause of stroke and vascular cognitive impairment, yet the molecular mechanisms underlying disease remain poorly understood. This project will use patient-derived induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) models to investigate whether different genetic and sporadic forms of cSVD converge on common vascular mechanisms.
