Full-Time / Part-Time Academic Position in Business Administration

The Department of Business Administration invites applications for full-time/part-time Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor to start in September 2025.

Applicants should possess doctoral/master qualifications in relevant business discipline. Fields of specialization include, but are not limited to human resource management, digital marketing, applied business psychology, AI/IT business applications, and business analytics.

Applicants should have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Excellent communication skills and the ability to use Putonghua and Simplified Chinese as the primary language of instruction will be highly advantageous. Preference will also be given to those applicants who have at least two years of teaching experience, a good track record in research and publication, and good academic and/or professional experience in teaching at the higher education level (bachelor and/or master).

The appointment is contract-based initially commencing in September 2025 and renewable upon mutual agreement. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
