GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Department of Management and Business & IT invites applications for a full-time temporary faculty position in Management. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in areas such as strategic management, international business, and global management. ... The position carries a teaching load of three 4-credit courses per semester and includes student advising and service to the Department, College, and University.
EXAMPLES OF SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach undergraduate courses in Management, including core and advanced courses in strategic management, international business, and global management.
- Develop and deliver course materials, assess student learning outcomes, and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain regular office hours and support student advising.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development and program improvement.
- Engage in service activities that support the mission of the Department and the University.
- Incorporate experiential and applied learning approaches where appropriate.
