Title: GFR 162 Lead Facilitator
Department: Latino Education Institute

General Statement of Duties:
Under the leadership of the Program Manager, Lead Facilitator will assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the LIDER program including, but not limited to: outreach, recruitment, and retention of Worcester's youth. Candidate must be a supportive, willing, positive, and energetic participant in the implementation of the outcome measurement system.

- Maintain and nurture a positive youth development culture.
- Communicate and plan with the Program Staff on a regular basis, keeping them informed of all activity within the program relating to logistics, participants, staff and partners.
