Current practice is set up for 3-4 GI physicians and 3 midlevel providers. We have 2 NPs and 1 PA-C working inside the GI clinic now. They will do pre and post workups on patients needing scopes. The addition of a locums will create a schedule for the Locums provider for colonoscopies on a Mon-Fri schedule.
