About the Project
This PhD research opportunity examines global leadership and cross-cultural management in international business environments. Possible topics include intercultural leadership, global mindset, expatriate leadership, multicultural teams, cross-border collaboration, leadership adaptation, and the management of cultural complexity.
The project is particularly suited to candidates with international leadership experience, including executives, consultants, HR leaders, entrepreneurs, NGO leaders, and professionals managing across regions or cultures. Candidates may explore how leaders build trust, communicate, make decisions, and influence performance across cultural and institutional boundaries.
Research may use qualitative interviews, comparative case studies, surveys, or mixed-methods designs. Studies involving international cohorts, multinational companies, emerging markets, or globally distributed teams are especially welcome.
