Chinese Association of Metal Structures. He has published more than 150 papers on international journals with high reputation, and has been listed multiple times in World's Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University.
Over the years, Prof. Zhu has been in charge of six project from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and one sub-program of National Program on Key Basic Research Project (973 program). As the principal investigator, his work has provided effective supports to many engineering projects. Prof Zhu’s group at Shantou University consists of graduate students doing master or doctoral degree, as well as postdoc fellows working in the civil engineering.
