I. Basic Requirements for Talent Introduction
- Possess the nationality of the People’s Republic of China.
- Abide by the Constitution and laws and uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China as well as the socialist system.
- Have good political qualities and moral character.
- Meet the qualifications, professional credentials, skill requirements and physical conditions required for the recruited position.
- Hold a doctoral degree (both academic degree and educational background). 2026 graduates must obtain degree by Dec 31, 2026.
- Be under 40 years old (born after January 27, 1985), relaxable for top talents.
- Meet other position requirements.

- Distinguished Talents: Internationally recognized pioneering achievements, lead major projects.
- Academic Leaders: Influential achievements at domestic leading/international advanced level.
- Academic Direction Leaders: Important achievements in direction, development potential.
- Outstanding Academic Talents: Influential achievements, postdoctoral experience, national projects potential. 6-year probationary contract.
All require PhD or senior title.
