Supports the overall daily management of correspondence with prospective students (e.g., email, phone calls) and responds to inquiries in a timely manner.Assist with collecting, reconciling and maintaining data as may be required.Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, conferences.Assist with compiling data for reporting and distribution within the department and school district partnerships.Work with data reporting, analysis and presentation.Responsible for answering multi-line phones, including transferring calls and direction of phone calls.Maintaining office supply inventory, copying, sorting, scanning, and assisting with various office projects.Other Requirements for the Position:
Qualifications include ability to work in a team environment, excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, and proficient Computer/Technology skills. Must understand and have knowledge to assist with TK20 program. Must understand and agree to maintain confidentiality of all student information, including academic records, personal details, and disciplinary records, accessed during employment and will not disclose such information to any unauthorized person, either verbally, in writing, or electronically, except as required by law or with explicit written permission from the appropriate authority. The Office of Educator Preparation/Student Success & Partnerships (EPP/SSP) in the College of Education (COE) office is committed to flexibility based on students’ schedules and offers multiple days off a year, including all student holidays, to ensure continued flexibility and a commitment to student success.
