We invite applications from candidates developing innovative and independent research programmes at the interface of molecular medicine and biosciences.
Applicants must demonstrate a strong track record of experimental research in functional or systems biology, with particular emphasis on elucidating molecular and cellular mechanisms governing regulatory pathways in models of human biology and disease, including neurological, cancer-related, and immune processes.
We particularly welcome research programmes that develop and apply cutting-edge approaches, such as gene editing technologies, in vivo or in vitro model systems, and integration of omics (e.g. spatial transcriptomics or proteomics) and imaging data. Computational and theoretical approaches are encouraged only if tightly coupled to experimental design, data generation, and biological validation, spanning molecular, cellular, tissue, and organismal levels.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive start-up package and join a vibrant, international research community embedded in both academic and clinical environments.
