Head Coach, Women's Volleyball
The salary range for this position is $52,000-$55,000, commensurate with experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director Athletics, the position will discharge the following responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III women's volleyball program, including scheduling, practices, competition coaching, recruiting, budgeting, fundraising, and team travel.
- Mentor and coach student-athletes, supporting skill development and an understanding of strategies necessary for competitive success.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of and comply with all applicable University, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation with strong interpersonal skills.
- Participate in committees and provide service to the Department, University, and Profession.
This is a full-time, 10 month term appointed position. The start date will be negotiated with the final candidate and be no later than August 10, 2026. The salary range for this position is $52,000-$55,000, commensurate with experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- Demonstrated record of successful volleyball ability
- Demonstrated record of coaching and recruiting in the sport of volleyball
- Demonstrated willingness and ability, to travel and work a flexible schedule
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and work with student employees
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and the needs of diverse faculty, staff, students, and the university community
- Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues for program growth and enhancement
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass LENS certification
- Possess current CPR/AED/First Aid certifications or ability to immediately obtain

- Master's Degree
- Prior experience at the Division III level
- Interest in, and commitment to, community engagement
