The post holder will lead the development and implementation of Cardiff University’s global partnerships strategy. They will coordinate university-wide initiatives, develop high-value strategic relationships and identify new opportunities for international collaboration, enhancing Cardiff’s reputation as a global civic university and a hub of knowledge and innovation in Wales, the UK and the world. The postholder will lead the negotiation and development of significant international partnership agreements, working with senior stakeholders across the University and with external partners to ensure that partnerships deliver strategic, financial and reputational value for Cardiff University. The role will lead a UK-based team and oversee international partnership representatives, currently based in Malaysia, China and India. The postholder will have responsibility for the University’s strategic international partnerships portfolio.

You will report to the Director of International and be a senior member of the International Office within the Communications and Marketing division.

Salary: £61,759 - £67,468 per annum (Grade 8)
