Head Women's Basketball Coach

This position serves as the Head Women's Basketball Coach for the RCTC Yellowjackets and is a nine-credit activity assignment. The coach will lead all aspects of the women's basketball program while supporting student-athlete success both academically and athletically. The role requires a strong commitment to equity, student development, and compliance with NJCAA and institutional guidelines.

The Head Women's Basketball Coach is responsible for the overall operation and success of the women's basketball program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and conducting practices and competitions
• Program budgeting and fiscal management
• Recruiting and retaining student-athletes
• Fundraising and community engagement efforts
• Ensuring compliance with NJCAA rules and institutional policies
• Promoting academic success and student development
• Coordinating travel, scheduling, and game-day operations
• Increasing visibility and promotion of the program and athletics department

Salary Range:
Based on credit assignment (9-credit activity assignment) in accordance with MSCF contract provisions

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of two (2) years basketball coaching experience

Preferred Qualification

• Master's Degree in Physical Education or related field
• At least one (1) year of collegiate-level coaching experience
