We're seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join an established practice in Southwest Missouri with one of the region's top healthcare organizations. Join a well-established CoC accredited Cancer Center known for its quality of care and patient satisfaction!

Position Highlights:

High-performing Hematology/Oncology team including experienced Physicians and dedicated Oncology Nurse Practitioners in a supportive hospital environment

Broad clinical exposure with a 60/40 Oncology-Hematology mix—manage a diverse range of cases with no acute leukemia call
Strong mentorship culture with a team that is genuinely invested in developing and supporting early-career physicians
Academic engagement built in with active research opportunities and a weekly multidisciplinary tumor board
Cutting-edge technology to enhance efficiency—EPIC EMR plus DAX Copilot AI scribe, helping physicians reclaim an hour or more of their day for patient care or personal time

Compensation & Benefits:

$800,000 Base Salary Guarantee plus productivity incentives
$100,000+ in Recruitment Incentives
PSLF eligible
