HRIS Manager
Position Summary
The Human Resources Information Systems Manager (HRIS) serves as the University’s subject matter expert for all HR systems and technologies. This role partners closely with IT and University stakeholders to implement, support, and optimize the ERP system and related HR applications, ensuring effective system architecture, reliable integrations, and advanced technical troubleshooting across platforms.
This position oversees the HRIS operations and staff involved in the selection, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and administration of HR technology solutions. As a key member of the Office of Human Resources, the HRIS Manager reports directly to the CHRO and functions as the primary technical point of contact for HR systems.
