About the Opportunity

The Student Success Coordinator (Program Coordinator) will work with any or all CAHS majors or programs and will be responsible for advising current students, advising incoming students through New Student Orientation and other onboarding processes, developing and instructing first year Seminars, career development courses, and other student success courses. Will develop, implement, and assess recruitment and retention initiatives. The Student Success Coordinator will serve as the college liaison for all offered academic student services and ensure compliance to college and university policies and procedures. The incumbent will also support CPOS and graduate certification efforts.
