The program is available full time over three years or part time over five years. Graduates earn the Doctor of Philosophy in Innovation Management, an official MQF/EQF Level 8 qualification awarded by GBSB Global Business School.

Official Doctor of Philosophy in Innovation Management awarded by GBSB Global Business School, licensed as a Higher Education Institution by the Malta Further & Higher Education Authority. MFHEA deems the qualification to be MQF/EQF Level 8.

General requirements
- European Master's degree or a recognised equivalent at EQF/MQF Level 7;
- A foreign degree from outside the EHEA equivalent to EQF/MQF Level 7;
- An initial 2000-word research proposal outlining the research theme, aim and objectives, possible gap/s and proposed research methodology;
- A Personal Statement of 500-1000 words outlining applicants' individual competences and strengths and providing their reflections regarding the expectations and value of the programme as well as to their personal advancement and career development.

Tuition Fees
International tuition fees apply to students who are not citizens or permanent residents of the study country. In some regions, like the EU/EEA, or under certain agreements, students from partner countries may also pay domestic fees. Non-residents: 16,440 AUD / year (≈ 10,200 EUR / year)
