• Proven technical proficiency on the pottery wheel, hand-building techniques, and kiln operations.
• Prior instructional experience, particularly with diverse adult or non-traditional student bodies

• Has, or qualifies for, postsecondary CTE credential including 4000 paid non-teaching occupational hours within the last 5 years*

• Demonstrate a growth mindset regarding professional development.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
