The Department of Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Supply Chain (MEMS) in the George Dean Johnson, Jr. College of Business and Economics (JCBE) invites qualified candidates to submit applications for the 9-month position: Instructor of Entrepreneurship. The Instructor of Entrepreneurship will teach courses (typically three per semester) in Entrepreneurship and Management. Optional teaching and service opportunities are available in the summer. This position will serve as the Director for the Center of Entrepreneurship and Innovation to include, but not limited to, organizing relevant student activities, mentoring student clubs, leading the Johnson Innovation Speaker Series, and serving as faculty liaison to Start:ME. The instructor is also expected to perform relevant service to the college, university and community.

Required Education and Experience:
Masters degree or higher in Entrepreneurship, Business, or related field. Five years experience as an entrepreneur or working in the entrepreneurial/business development ecosystem. A successful background check is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
College level teaching experience in multiple modalities. Experience with community-based entrepreneurial support organizations.
