- Responsible for managing distribution chain for assigned units. This includes developing and implementing appropriate inventory, orders, delivery, stocking and charge process. Assists with the development of systems to support these activities. Maintains information in identified systems. Ensures distribution services meet the needs of customers and operation.
- Maintains assigned locations with following first in/first out; uses appropriate date labelling and follows appropriate cleaning schedules for these areas. Ensures health department regulations are followed.
- Integrates distribution functions within area, department, and across organization.
- Supports department distribution team with activities including completing inventory; receiving, unloading and rotating stock, storeroom set up, and general cleaning of distribution areas in kitchen.
