Key Duties and Responsibilities Follow established protocols to intake and off-campus donations of food and other items from partners to ensure a well-stocked Jaguar Market. Identify and fulfill inventory needs. Schedule and perform routine and special deliveries of supplies. Analyze space usage for maximum utilization. Confer with other staff as needed to determine storage space requirements and optimum stock quantities. Operate college equipment and vehicles including trucks and other tools. Assist with the proper disposal of unused or unusable inventory. Perform other duties as assigned. Employment Standards Knowledge of: 1. Record keeping and basic report writing. 2. Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required. 2. Experience in a retail, warehouse, or shipping/receiving setting is preferred. Licenses and Certificates: 1. Possession of a valid class C California driver's license. Working Conditions Environment: 1. Driving a vehicle to conduct work. 2. Cafeteria-style environment; noise level is moderate to loud. 3. Dust, noise and fumes from equipment operation. Physical Demands: 1. Stand, walk and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds on a sustained basis. 2. May stoop, kneel and crouch. 3. Require leg and foot dexterity to operate vehicle gas and brakes while driving. 4.
