Incubator members. The role is key to ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment across the ecosystem and may be called upon to support our other incubators (based at Leap ARC Motherlabs, Hammersmith and BaseOne, North Acton). What you would be doing The role is varied, with responsibilities including ensuring shared equipment is functioning properly, supporting lab waste management processes, liaising with suppliers, assisting with events and their setup, inducting new occupants, and leading tours of the facilities and organising community-focused activities and supporting VIP visits and events. The role includes administrative support alongside the other Incubator activities so you must be organised and able to manage your time whilst dealing with interruptions. A professional, friendly, and welcoming manner is essential, as the role involves interacting with people at all levels.
