This is a full-time, temporary, non-benefits eligible position expected to end on or before two months from hire date.

Educational and Experience Requirement: Less than a high school diploma with the ability to read and write. No experience required. Prefer any experience acquired in landscape maintenance, hauling work, or related assignments. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
Nature & Purpose of Position: Responsible for performing a variety of unskilled manual tasks for Landscape and Building Services.
Primary Responsibilities: Performs repetitive duties in the field of landscape maintenance and tasks related to moving, hauling and recycling for Landscape and Campus Services; this includes but is not limited to operating landscape equipment, maintaining horticulture, litter collection, recycling related tasks, event set-ups and moving and hauling activities. Requires the ability to operate landscape equipment, assist with moving various types of objects, and perform various recycling processes. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Other Specifications: As required by assignments. Accurate in following specific oral and written instructions. Working conditions are continuously exposed to one or more disagreeable elements such as dirt, dust, heat, fumes, cold, noise, wet, vibration, poor lighting, or congested working area.
