Practice 100% Laryngology alongside 3 experienced Laryngologists
Diverse caseload including spasmodic dysphonia, cricopharyngeal dysfunction, papillomatosis, professional voice, vibratory injury, presbyphagia, and complex airway conditions
Direct mentorship from Dr. Bastian with support for clinical autonomy, innovation, and long-term growth
Strong regional and national referral base
Dedicated surgery center and highly specialized clinical team

Training Pathways

Graduating ENT Residents: One-year Laryngology fellowship with a pathway to long-term practice and partnership
