Join a high-impact, 3-year funded initiative transforming inclusive, digitally enabled career development at UQ. As a Learning Designer – Career Development, you’ll bring together Indigenous knowledge, learning design, and employability to co-create meaningful, culturally responsive learning experiences with academic and professional teams.
You’ll reimagine and elevate career development programs, resources, and digital learning modules, driving real impact for students and shaping more inclusive outcomes. This is your chance to make a lasting difference, collaborating across diverse stakeholders to deliver better futures for students and communities.
Key Responsibilities Will include:
- Champion the integration of Indigenous perspectives, shaping inclusive and culturally responsive career development programs
- Collaborate with academic and professional teams to co-design impactful learning experiences for diverse student cohorts
- Lead the creation of engaging digital learning resources, from online modules to innovative platforms and content
- Provide trusted advice on embedding Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and doing into student engagement and employability initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating programs, using insights to enhance accessibility, impact, and student outcomes
