Lecturer 2025-2026
The Department of Physics and Astronomy anticipates possible temporary positions for Lecturers for the 2025-2026 academic year. These positions usually become available as unexpected needs arise shortly before the start of a quarter. Positions are generally for one quarter at a time and are at varying percentages, depending on the number and nature of courses assigned.
Applicants must possess a Ph.D. and have a good teaching record. Appointments may be effective October 1, 2025 (Fall Quarter), January 1, 2026 (Winter Quarter), or April 1, 2026 (Spring Quarter).
Salary range: $70,977 - $87,294
Basic qualifications: Candidates must possess a Ph.D. or equivalent in Physics or a related field.
