Lecturer III (Management/Business)
The Department of Management and Marketing is seeking applicants for a full-time, non-tenure-track faculty position beginning in Fall 2026. The successful candidate will teach five sections of undergraduate management and business communication courses per semester; some courses may be delivered online, while others will be face-to-face.
The salary is determined in accordance with the University’s compensation structure and will be commensurate with the candidates’ education and experience, within the assigned salary range for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching the assigned classes every semester.
- Service to the Department such as serving on committees, participating in the life of the college.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.
Required Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in Business or related field.
- Three years of full-time service as a Lecturer II or faculty equivalent experience at a college or university.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at the college level.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with online teaching.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Terminal degree in Business or related field.
- Evidence of research publications will be highly desirable.
- Candidates willingness to engage in scholarly research are desirable.
