To support our dietetics course, the Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences are seeking to appoint a part-time Lecturer in Dietetics (teaching intensive).
We are looking for an experienced HCPC registered dietitian, who has worked in the UK health system at a band 6 AFC level or above.
We welcome applications from dietitians, with recent NHS professional experience in acute or community settings who have an interest in the development and delivery of dietetics education and have ambitions to lead this area and the development wider interprofessional teaching activities.
You will be responsible for design, convening and delivery of a ‘Inclusive Practice and Person-Centred Care’ module as well as delivery of sessions related to your clinical speciality. You will also support management and delivery of practice based learning and support student recruitment and selection activities and student projects.
You will join our Hugh Sinclair Unit of Human Nutrition (HSUHN) within the Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences.
