• Two full-time, permanent positions are available to commence in January 2027
• The positions can be offered at Level B or C:
  • Academic Level B will be in the range $119,462 - $141,545 + 17% Superannuation
  • Academic Level C will be in the range $145,961 - $168,043 + 17% Superannuation
• Based at our St Lucia campus

We welcome applications from scholars working in any area of literary studies in English. Particular areas of interest may include:

• Contemporary literature in English, particularly 21st-century fiction and/or poetry
• Global and transnational literatures
• Australian literature and literary cultures
• Literary theory and innovative critical approaches including digital humanities and environmental humanities
• Literary studies engaging with questions of gender, sexuality, identity, and diversity
