Job Summary
Harley Langdale Jr. College of Business Administration seeks qualified applicants for a limited-term faculty position in finance beginning August 1, 2026 and ending May 10, 2027. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching courses, maintaining scholarly productivity, and participating in service at the department, college, and university levels.

Responsibilities
Department Summary
The responsibilities of the position support the mission and goals of Harley Langdale Jr. College of Business Administration Department of Economics and Finance including:
- Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses. Teaching assignments will be based on departmental needs and Faculty Credentials Guidelines.
- Engaging in quality scholarly activities consistent with AACSB accreditation.
- Actively participating in various departmental, college, and university activities, including participating in student org activities such as EAA (Economics Analysis Association in the College).
Typical Allocation of Duties:
Teaching and Service - 100%
Teaches classes and meets assigned service obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in business with 18 hours graduate credit hours in finance is required by the position start date.
- Qualify as an Instructional Practitioner (IP) by AACSB standards by time of appointment.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and services, as well as scholarship.
Preferred Qualifications
- A record of effective teaching appropriate to the applicant's career stage.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting.
- Experience teaching online/hybrid courses and face-to-face courses.
- Experience in teaching finance courses, data analytics, etc.
Proposed Salary
Commensurate with experience.
