Lecturer or Teaching Assistant Professor of Agricultural Leadership and Communication (9-month)
The successful candidate will be expected to: 1) teach 12 credit hours (undergraduate and/or graduate courses) each semester related to leadership and communication in the Department; 2) mentor students; and 3) collegially engage in service activities of the Department, College, University, and profession. The expected start date is August 1, 2026.
Qualifications
The minimum required qualification for a Lecturer is a master’s degree in agricultural leadership, communication, or a related field by the start date of employment. The minimum required qualification for a Teaching Assistant Professor is a PhD in agricultural leadership, communication, or a related field by the start date of employment. Successful candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to quality teaching, possess the ability to teach in person and online, have excellent communication skills, and exhibit a desire to mentor students, as well as collaborate with industry stakeholders, faculty, and staff.
