Offer Description
One teaching and research position for Lecturer Professor (Permanent Staff).
- Knowledge Area: Computer Architecture and Technology.
- Department of Electronic and Communications Technology.
- Higher Polytechnic School.
- Duties to be performed by the successful candidate: Teaching the modules offered by the department, and conducting research and knowledge transfer in the field of embedded electronic systems.
Contract duration: indefinite
Contract start date: from 1st September, 2026.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Those applying for the competitions who do not have Spanish nationality must possess a knowledge of Spanish certified with an official C1 of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) level certification or equivalent. Those whose native language is Spanish are exempt from accrediting the aforementioned C1 level.

Quedarán exentas de acreditar el citado nivel C1 aquellas personas cuya lengua materna sea el castellano). - When a foreign language is consubstantial with the vacancy announced, it must also be accredit by means of an official certificate a level not lower than C1 of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) or equivalent of the corresponding foreign language. Those who will be exempt from accrediting the aforementioned C1 level people whose mother tongue coincides with the foreign language of the vacant position.

However, Bachelor's degrees (specifically) issued by universities in Member States of the European Union will be equivalent, for all purposes, to those issued by Spanish universities.

Specific Requirements:
- Applicants not EU Member State must prove:
- Their legal status in Spain by providing a copy of a valid residence and work permit that entitles them, without restriction, to access the Spanish labour market, or an equivalent document depending on the type of permit in their possession.
- This document must be valid both on the closing date for applications and on the date the contract is signed.
- Applicants EU Member State or beneficiaries of the Community regime, will be subject to the general regime without additional restrictions.
- The participation requirements of applicants must be met by the end date of the application submission period and maintained at the time of hiring, during the duration of the contract and its extensions.
