The post holder will be responsible for the design and delivery of rural teaching at both undergraduate and master’s level and willing to participate in and lead relevant rural research projects. Areas of interest may include rural asset management and investment, rural valuation, rural diversification, rural policy and land use, landlord and tenant law in the rural sector, sustainability and green infrastructure.

At associate professor level there is also an expectation that the successful candidate will contribute to the Department by performing an administrative leadership role.

The post holder will join a team of over thirty academics in the Department of Real Estate and Planning (part of the Henley Business School) and will have the opportunity to develop and carry out original and impactful teaching and research supported by effective mechanisms of resource allocations.
