Provides full administrative, clerical, and operational support to multiple attorneys who work on employment and student affairs matters. Job duties include document reviews, coordinating record retrieval, drafting documents, electronic case management, and scheduling responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Provide general administrative support to the OGC attorneys including managing calendars, fielding phone calls, and assisting with meeting preparation. Administrative duties vary and are not defined; successful completion requires independent thinking and initiative.
Case management:
- Support OGC attorneys by managing their individual cases through the electronic case management system and filing of hard copy documentation. Conduct legal research, calendar deadlines, collect records, and anticipate the future needs of the cases. Case management duties are performed with minimal guidance and requires initiative.
- Provide back-up coverage on supporting litigation matters, subpoenas, and notices of claim.
