As an LVN, you will be an essential part of our healthcare team, delivering direct patient care, assisting with treatment plans, and ensuring the well-being of those you serve. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, performing health assessments, and contributing to a dynamic and purpose-driven workplace.
- Reports data, identifies and reports alterations in patient responses to assist in the identification of problems and formulation of goals/outcomes.
- Prepares and operates necessary equipment and instruments for examinations, treatments and procedures.
- Assists with or performs exams and procedures and documents intervention in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Monitors patient's medical status and reports changes in status to supervisor or provider.
- Represents nursing in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
- Administer or assist with the administration and documentation of medications.
- Full-time flexible supplemental workforce.
- Provide additional licensed nursing support to fill in gaps and alleviate staffing shortage in both psychiatric and medical units.
- Completes additional clinical and administrative tasks based on unit needs.
- Builds professional connections to strengthen our team and promote our values.
In addition to the base position compensation, we offer shift differential pay for night and weekend shifts:
Licensed Vocational Nurse Differential:
- Day Shift Employees: Earn an extra $3.00 per hour for shifts worked on Saturday and Sunday.
- Night Shift Employees:
- Earn an extra $3.00 per hour for shifts worked Monday through Friday.
- Earn an extra $6.00 per hour for shifts worked on Saturday and Sunday.

Required Qualifications
Current Vocational Nurse License in the State of Texas, or ability to transfer license to Texas, or scheduled to complete a program of vocational nursing within 120 days of applying for a position.
Current CPR certification. Graduated from an approved accredited nursing program.
New graduates must pass the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN) on the first attempt.
No experience required.
