Limited Term Faculty - Art

Job Summary

We seek a candidate to teach lower and upper-division studio art courses, as well as university core classes.

Responsibilities

• Faculty Primary Duties- 60% - Teach courses in general art foundations and university core curricula, including ARTS 1100 and GCXY classes.
• Mentoring - 25% - Mentor student artists in the development of creative projects and exhibitions.
• Collaboration - 10% - Collaborate effectively with department faculty and staff.
• Other - 5% - Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
A terminal degree in Art or related field with teaching and professional experience. Must meet SACSCOC accreditation requirements.
